Availability and scope

All enquiries are reviewed for artist availability, project scope, technical feasibility, company policies and budget compatibility. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from SoulFul Musik Event & Artist Management.

Event information

Clients should provide accurate event date, time, venue, performer requirements, audience context and technical information. Changes to the brief can affect the final scope and coordination required.

Advance and confirmation

The existing booking workflow states that a 60% advance confirms a booking. The final written confirmation should set out the applicable scope, timing and any project-specific terms before payment is made.
